Our 5 month old Puppy loves Gari. We hired Gari for 6 sessions to work on some basic training. I couldn't have been more pleased on how Gari made training fun for our puppy Bailey. I would highly recommend using Gari for any training needs.

I was at my wits end with our stubborn 6 month old puppy, Sadie. She needed training, and I needed to find someone who understood her and our unique situation. I spoke with other trainers who would break her of her behavior. I did not want a broken dog, just a well adjusted, happy puppy. Gari was recommended to me and after meeting with her, I knew she would be the person for us. Gari speaks dog! She knows every situational behavior and how to train Sadie to react in a positive manner. Not only did she teach me to train her, she took the time to explain why she does certain things and then explain and describe what was needed to correct the behavior. Gari was patient with me as I went through the motions and why my reaction and movements affected the outcome. I highly recommend Gari.

A number of behavioral concerns led me to her, including house training accidents, Winston’s annoying habit of nipping at my heels, and his destructive chewing on things throughout our home. Gari assessed our situation by listening to my account, asking thoughtful questions, and interacting with Winston. Gari “got” Winston and he instantly loved training with her. Combining deep knowledge and intuitive sensibilities, she offers patience, compassion and positivity. Our work together has given me exactly what I was looking for—insight into the way dogs think and act, emphasizing my dog’s individual needs. After a few training visits, I discovered a very bright, focused and much better behaved puppy. Gari is truly special, the consummate dog training professional. She was prompt with arrival times for each session no matter if it was at our home or at a park. She provided us with handouts and videos to reinforce the different lessons and when it was time for our little guy to see his Veterinarian she provided her with an evaluation with valuable feedback. We are forever grateful that we found Gari.
