203K9 was recommended to me and my wife by a friend who had really great results with her reactive dog. Our two-year-old poodle had been leash reactive, hesitant around children and babies, barking at animals on the TV, and just a generally anxious dog. We took him to see Jose and did a two week board and train. We were apprehensive at first, leaving our little guy with someone we didn’t know very well! But Jose treated our dog like a member of his own family. We were so appreciative that he took the time to make him comfortable and ease him into training. He showed us how to properly handle him when he’s acting out, made sure we are 100% comfortable with the equipment he recommended, and answered every question with care. His understanding of dog body language and behavior is incredible. We noticed a difference almost immediately, and Jose is continuing to work with us, even after the two week board and train. Can’t recommend 203K9 enough, especially Jose! If you’re having issues with your dog, take them to 203K9. You won’t regret it.
In just under two weeks, Louie's dog reactivity is significantly decreased, he is able to sit calmly around other dogs, and he is learning to play appropriately with them. The trainers at 203K9 had figured out his bag of tricks within five minutes of meeting him. I also feel much more confident and comfortable with him -- no more barking, screaming matches on the neighborhood sidewalks!

I’m so happy I found 203K9 for our Bernese. We did private lessons with Jose along with a 2-week board and train program, and I’m so happy about the experience. Our Berner needed extra care due to joint issues, Jose and the team did such a good job accommodating him. The training was excellent, along with the multiple sessions teaching me how to handle and train. Our Berner came home looking very healthy, happy dog, and with a lot more confidence in his skills! We are very happy to have trusted our Cane Corso with Jose... excellent trainer, dedicated, patient and above all very respectful with our pet Molly and towards us... Molly is an 8 month old female but we had the problem that at 5 months old she changed from one day to the next and stopped being friendly with other dogs and people and Jose came to save us, he changed Molly's life now she is sociable and very polite we are happy very good experience thanks to 203 k9 for the help we are happy and grateful.
