I was referred to Brittany by my vet when he saw my dog was needing a lot of help / manners. I asked a lot of questions up front because I have high expectations. 2BK9 exceeded my expectations. Niko recently graduated and we now have a very sharp, well mannered dog. Brittany sent regular videos and texts about Niko’s progress. She also took lots of time to train me, my husband and 2 sons so we can continue working with him at home. Brittany also makes herself accessible anytime we have questions. Brittany Bell played fast pitch softball for a team that my husband and I coached. Wicked pitcher, she graduated HS with our youngest son. Boone, is my 14th GSD, our family has loved 24 GSDS.. Boone boarded and went directly into training. He’s boarding about every 4 months and he comes home with more polish each time! He’s 11 months old now. My sister and I decided it was time for us to do something about our mom’s mini golden doodle. We searched and searched and decided to call 2BK9 and ask questions. After my sister spoke with Brittany, we knew that’s where we needed to go. She finagled her schedule around to accommodate us! Our mom was having major back surgery 11/12 so why wouldn’t this be the best time to have Charlie go off to training. We dropped Charlie off the week before and of course our mom was so heartbroken to leave Charlie. We started to get videos like 3 days after he was dropped off. Brittany and her business is top quality. Charlie ended up staying 6 weeks after our mom ended up having another back surgery. Not only did we find the best trainer, but we found a forever friend in Brittany. Thank you so much for working with Charlie.
