very rude. I called to inquire about getting help for my dog who has separation anxiety. Before, I even get into speaking about it, he cuts me off and tells me that I have most likely have misdiagnosed my dog. He then goes to ask me questions about my dog. Before I even finish my sentence, he continually cuts me off several times and tells me that I'm doing everything wrong and he's a professional whose been doing this for 50 years. I'm not opposed to hearing criticism because I genuinely need help, but what I don't appreciate is someone being audacious and talking to me like I'm stupid. I told him that I didn't appreciate his tone and he huffed and puffed and continued talk about his "professionalism". I'll take my business somewhere else.
Be careful leaving negative reviews he'll attempt to have an attorney threaten you. I'd never bring my dog there! The list of concerns with John is just too much. If you go there pay close attention to the dogs there.
Amazing dog trainer..... My dog "Como tu" is a dream dog now. I a short 2 weeks a afew lessons he turned my dog from disobedient and unbearable to a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jonh.
