A Big Dog House

When I moved to Hollywood I didn't know anyone and I had two dogs, one with failing vision and one that was misbehaving badly. Some people I met in town recommended Mark. Since I go out of town every other weekend, all I needed was someone that could stop by, walk the dogs, make sure they had food and water. What I got, was someone who was passionate about animals, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and that really enjoyed his work. He got to know me and my dogs, and helped me understand them and showed me the best way to communicate with them. I'm receiving training on how to live with my animals and it's helped immensely. The best thing I ever did for my two pups was run into Mark!!

Mark is the man! True professional. He is more than just a reliable dog walker he genuinely cares so glad I found him. After my mom passed away I Inherited her 2 dogs who are not trained or socialized at all and I was getting overwhelmed with taking them for walks. After a couple months with Mark they made a complete turn around. He not only offers sound advice but keeps you in the loop. Texts you when they go potty. Reports on their behaviors and he’s always on time and super flexible 👍

Love Mark! He treated my Coco like his own. He is so knowledgeable about dogs i felt comfortable that he would care for her. My dog is like 10 and she had a blast. He even washed her! She looked great and smelled awesome. Coco is shy and does note love many people but now Mark is one of those people. After a weekend he was holding her in his arms. Thats big for her. Im so happy that she has a new friend in Mark and the other dogs he cares for. She will be boarding and training with Mark from now on.

Mark is such a treasure! We are so glad to have found him. We have an elderly dog and had plans to leave town for two weeks, which was longer than we had ever left her. Because of her age and lower activity level, we didn't feel comfortable sending her to a typical pet hotel. Mark took special care of our girl in his home and sent us lots of updates and pictures to ease our minds. I think she had more fun with him than at our house! I would recommend A Big Dog House to anyone with a senior dog who needs specialized care.
