Dog Training is very special to me because not only am I teaching dogs foundational skills but in some cases I am helping save some dogs’ lives by training them and helping owners work on building a strong relationship with their dogs. I attended school for professional dog training and behavior science and during that time I completed an internship at an established dog training company and volunteered at the Humane Society. Once I graduated, I chose to open my own dog training business because I wanted to give every client their desired results along with a great experience, which includes honesty, hard work, patience, and a game plan to achieve their goals.

Gracie is 1 year old and was showing signs of aggression towards other dogs. Not only did Tyrese correct her aggression, but kept us included and explained every training technique he implemented throughout the 4 week training process so we could continue training at home even after we picked her up. The daily videos explaining the training techniques allowed us to follow along and showed her progression. Tyrese was very patient with both us as owners, answering any questions we had, and with Gracie. Tyrese formatted his training specifically to Gracie's needs, while still reinforcing the basic commands. We highly recommend A Howling Good Time and will be taking our dog back for boarding
We brought our two 1 year old labs to Tyrese and team for help. We definitely did not put in the training that we should have after we got them. We brought our two 1 year old labs to Tyrese and team for help. We definitely did not put in the training that we should have after we got them. When you have one lab who is 95lbs and the other who is 75lbs with minimal training, we recognized it was a recipe for disaster. They were obnoxious to walk, literally barking at everyone and everything, leash reactive, and had a hard time settling down when we had people over. We signed the girls up for 4 week board and train program. Wow… what a difference the 4 weeks working with Tyrese made. When it was time to pick them up, Tyrese and his team took the time to work with us when they were ready to go home to continue their training. We learned how to lead them, and they learned how to listen. We can go for walks in our neighborhood with confidence. Given them basic commands and know they are going to listen. They were given the jump start they needed to really lay a solid foundation for working more with our girls. We couldn't be more pleased with our girls results.
I am very happy with the training my dog and I received at Howling Good Time! I learned how I need to act in order to better reach my dog and we are on the same page now! Thanks so much!

tyrese, jess, and derrick worked wonders with my pup. when i first called tyrese, i was at a loss with my puppy and considering rejoining her because her separation anxiety was becoming so problematic. nearly immediately, we were able to start training in a way that fit my schedule. after one day with tyrese and his team, i noticed improvements. after three weeks, it was like she was a whole new pup! we have received so many compliments about her behavior! tyrese taught me how to be in command of my pup, he gave me the confidence i needed to be an informed owner, and most important, he restored the relationship between us so that now we both trust one another. i can’t recommend a howling good time enough!! i will certainly continue to do training with tyrese as my pup gets older because of how much i trust this team!!
