We were told by the owner up front that ALL OF THE TRAINING after the first initial phone call would be in person, however while asking questions for our 2nd meeting about why we are not meeting in person today, we were told on the zoom that the trainings will be virtual. Here are screenshots of the conversation following the zoom call. We had two zoom meetings that consisted of questions about our dog. Very unprofessional and very misleading.

Would have loved to have seen this woman for training as we have few choices for positive reinforcement based training for reactivity in my area. However, she stopped replying to my emails without explanation.

They do a wonderful job training dogs. Each day my pup would behave until she saw them. Lol There's no doubt about the love and attention the pups are given. They explain the training so it's easy to understand and without judgment. I wouldn't hesitate to take any pup of mine to them. And there's a great variety of services to meet all needs.

Great place to train and learn to train your dog, they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. You'll definitely enjoy your pup a whole lot more with some obedience training!

Pretty unprofessional. Really shocked at how rude and disrespectful she was with someone trying to obtain a service she offers. This is literally one of the few bad reviews I have ever given a company. Just so you know, it takes a lot for me to go out of my way to post a negative review. I couldn't even through the initial phone call to get information and pricing on services before she hung up on me. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Could never recommend and would not trust my pet with anyone this temperamental!!
