The owner does not care about his customers and is extremely unprofessional when presented with conflict. Terrible customer focus.
I had the utmost respect for the services until I actually started to attend. Started seeing lack of communication and professionalism from the staff. The owner is extremely disrespectful and should re-evaluate his business's customer service skills before offering to franchise out. Will never recommend here again.
