So far, our experience with Ian has been nothing but positive!
My dog was struggling with high anxiety after many life changes — my husband passed away suddenly a year ago, and then she and I moved. She became very protective and overwhelmed. In just five lessons, she is like a different dog: more cooperative, less reactive, and much more confident.
One of my biggest goals was to be able to walk her without worrying about how she would react if another dog crossed our path. Yesterday, we did exactly that!
Ian’s approach is different from other programs I’ve tried. He is very flexible, and I’ve had some life circumstances that required me to reschedule a few appointments. He has always been understanding and accommodating.
I’m excited for all the fun Ellie and I will have as we continue learning together.

Took my ~2 year old large mix breed here for the behavioral reset program. Learned a lot of valuable techniques, made great improvements and had a fun time doing it.

All Ian cares about is making his pocket richer. Went to him with a high anxiety dog, did 3 lessons. Made a 4th, was recommended by my vet to try different training, cancelled within hours of making the 4th lesson appointment and Ian would not refund. Make sure you don’t pay ahead of time! You will not be refunded as this is his policy and there is nothing to remind you of this while you book!

Good dog training and service for millionaires. Out of tge price range tgey give online and out of my price range as well. Matt was fantastic and more than capable of training humans to handle their dogs but Teddy is nearly off leash at only two and kodi is not far behind if I just use techniques I already have been with him instinctively anyway. I think this place is fantastic if you have an impossible animal that you have no idea how to handle. Just not for me.

This will be our 4th dog being trained, the other 3 all passed good citizen certification. Our 4th Ozzy is a Rottweiler who is challenging! Ian has helped in the short time with some good explanations and techniques. Looking forward to more training.
