2 sessions and I already have a different dog. Very responsive to emails and good feedback to ensure success. Highly recommend.
I have had only two sessions with Vicky, but so far I have noticed a big difference in my dog Loki. He was very skittish of everything as he was a rescue. Vicky gave me the tools that I needed to bring him out of that. Now, we have a ways to go but we are off to a good start, she also pointed out what I was doing wrong. I am very happy as of now with this training.
I had an appointment set for 11:30am they tried calling me at 9:30am however I was not able to get to the phone until the time I had set aside. They never tried contacting me at my scheduled time and did not respond to my attempts to get in touch.
Jenna came to our house, spent a lot of time outside with our scared, growling, biting, insecure, confused dog and came back in as concerned as we were with a plan for going forward. Hope at last!
