Joe is the best friendly down to earth and the best dog trainer there is!!! He got my 6 year old chocolate lab who was petrified of hardwood floors walking on hardwood with in an hour! I will definitely be using his services and referring anyone who needs a dog trainer.

Joe trained my rescue. When she came to us she was extremely reactive, couldn’t walk on the leash, and was constantly fighting with my other dog. If we hadn’t done something, she 100% would’ve bit someone and we would have had a problem. When we gave her to Joe, she was on anxiety medication and still having all of those behavioral issues. She came home walking off leash, even in a busy area with a lot of distractions. She listens to commands, and walked nicely with our other dog. Without the board and train program, we wouldn’t have been able to keep this sweet girl. We’re so happy to have her home and so grateful for Joe!
Someone I met in the supermarket recommended Academy of Canine Excellence to me. I have a very strong willed Cane Corso. At four month's old she was giving me a very hard time. I sent her for training for a month and I am so glad I did. Joey the Trainor did wonders with her. She is like a different dog thanks to him. I recommend him highly.

Joe is great! He's an experienced and knowledgeable dog trainer, and we are so thankful a friend recommended him to help us with our reactive rescue dog. We were overwhelmed, and at a loss dealing with some of our dog's behaviors. Since working with Joe, we are thrilled with the significant improvements in his reactivity. Joe also worked with our dog on basic obedience and loose leash walking, and trained us as well (lol) to be able to continue working on these important skills. He's very patient, answers all of our questions, and wants both us and our dog to be successful. Our dog loves him! Joe has been a game changer for all of us. Highly recommend.
