Great trainers with lots of years of experience in different training methods and styles but with a focus on positive reinforcement instead of negative reinforcement and punishment. Big training area with lots of room. They give you lots of training activities to work on at home after class that are fun and educational for both owner and dog. Will definitely sign up for advanced classes in future. My only complaint is they seem to have trouble with their class booking website and the class can be overcrowded which makes it even more difficult for an already stressed and attention deficit proned puppy to pay attention and remain focused on tasks to perform in class. Also makes it difficult for owner of puppy for the same reasons and miss key pieces of info needed for training at home each week. But otherwise it's a fantastic place. Better than anywhere else we have been.

Carrie is the best! She was the 3rd trainer we have been to and she was a miracle worker. Her patience and ability to read each dog is amazing. She is very helpful with the owners as well making sure you fully understand what to do and not do and how to communicate effectively with your doggie. We have been to several different classes because my dog loves going there so much and he is so much calmer and more confident since we first went 6 months ago.
