Not all relationships in life are going to be joyous and fulfilling. Our time is of significant value and we do not have the time to another to listen to others ramble on about their pets. We are not a social media platform to those who have diarrhea of the mouth. Frankly, I don't understand why Google allows negative reviews to be posted when we never rendered services, especially when I pay Google $5,800.00 a month to advertise.

Thank you so much for your review Rosanna. We apologize for this oversight of not responding to your so much appreciated Google Review. Cookie was an exception dog for us to train. You can say he was a gemstone in the rough that became a polished diamond in the end. What we appreciated the most was your continued communication after you took Cookie home and that we could work through the intricacies of his reintegration into your home and prove to be a worthy family member.

Teresa Kessler of Delmar New York you are not anonymous. You are a spiteful and vindictive person who is wrongfully angry about me not entertaining your call at 8:30 p.m., a tome when I am in bed because I awaken daily at 4am to carry out my responsibilities to the dogs in my care and custody and their owners. I asked you if you received your refund check from my company a m d you acknowledged such and I abruptly said goodnight and hung up. I kept your very troubled dog for 4 days and she was impossible to work with due to her genetically weak nerves and/or trauma. You saw how she trembled like a leaf in the wind, had her tail tucked way up between her legs and exhibited nothing but avoidance behavior being non-approachable. Your words, "I've never been her act like that." The dogs don't lie but people do such as you have proven to be a liar. You witnessed her behavior which is indicative of genetically weak nerves and likely trauma. Someone was abusive to your dog before she came here. I will not accept persons such as yourself to disparage my reputation based on your irrational behavior, especially stating that my reviews on Google are made up by me. You are the straw that broke this camels back that I will be relentless in pursuing legal action against you. Your review goes beyond freedom of speech and intended to harm. I didn't contractually have to give you a refund and now I wished I didn't seeing you in your true light. You never deserved my niceness and sincerity but I will not change who I am for the likes of persons such as yourself. You have a very troubled dog and I should make a report on you to the Bethlehem Animal Control Officer to investigate you for abuse. If this review remains posted for 24 hours, you can surely expect legal problems to ensue.

Sheba still thought the Boogieman was in the garage at 4:30 a.m. if I did not put the lights on for her. LOL! I do admire Sheba's family for going the extra miles to get her on Prozac. It is not always easy to get a Veteranarian on board bu they persevered and the results were wonderful. If these vet's would only do the research that I have done on the ailment of genetically weak nerves, a lot more dogs can stop the suffering they go through. It is so fulfilling and rewarding to see a dog find a comfort zone as Sheba did, and as a result, also her family. Sheba still has issues of nervousness but nowhere near the way she was. I kept Sheba an extra week at my expense because I cared, even with her threatening to bite me when she returned, I can't remember how many times. But she was all talk, no bite. we gave her special care that the average dog we train does not get because she needed it for her training to be successful.It's about success after all, not always the money. It truly broke our hearts the first time she came, seeing her in such a fearful state of mind that she could not function. Thank you for the opportunity for us to work with her, sincerely!

Yes, it is true we love dogs or we would not be doing what we're doing. Got that right! Money makes the world go around and we work hard for that money. It's the joy of seeing the results of our hard labor that makes it all worthwhile for the dogs we have trained and the families whom experience the resulting joy. We love Maxwell and his owners.
