I am not quite sure if we trained a dog for you, nevertheless, in our ongoing efforts to make happy dogs and happy owners on a level that has no comparison or competitors in the Capital District that live up to our standards and ethics, it is a real pick-me-up when a segment of the public gives us that boost through a good review. It's an affirmation of the good we do for dogs, the owners and society as a whole. We love you for who you demonstrate yourself to be and only hope more likeminded share as you have.

The 20%-60%-20% rule is as follows: 20 % will forever praise the ground you walk on. 60 % will love you for what you have done for them. And the remaining 20%, no matter what you have done for them will never be happy as they were never the type of person that could be happy to begin with.
