From the moment we walked in Hayley and the entire team earned my trust. This is a group of trainers that are extremely knowledgeable about dogs, and about the things that we as owners need to know to be effective leaders with our dogs. I learned a lot about myself, and communication during the 3 week training process. Hayley, Mark, Ali, Emily and the entire team (if I have forgotten anyone, I give my apologies because all of you were AMAZING!) helped to train myself and my 120 pound English lab to communicate and behave. Malachi loves all of them immensely and he will miss all of you so much ❤️ Our journey with Malachi has been enriched with this opportunity to be great leaders, and now we put our training into action at home. The continued support that advanced canine Development has in place is unmatchable. They are with you every step of the way. I would give 10 stars if I could. Hayley, thank-you from the bottom of my heart. You earned my trust immediately and you have a special place in my heart. I truly cherish our friendship. I can’t recommend Advanced Canine Development enough! From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we were in the right place for our three-month-old Australian Cattle Dog, Bindi. She had a ton of energy, but unfortunately, it wasn’t directed in the right way. Thanks to the incredible training we received, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our trainer, Emily, was absolutely fantastic. She not only took the time to work with Bindi but also focused on us as owners, ensuring we understood how to communicate effectively with her. Emily’s patience and expertise made a world of difference. She was always available to answer our questions, and her passion for dog training was evident in every session. The entire team at the facility was incredibly supportive and helpful. They created a welcoming environment where we felt comfortable asking questions and sharing our concerns. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about Bindi’s development and success. They took the time to make sure we felt confident before bringing her home, providing us with valuable tools and techniques we could use in our daily lives. This is in response to the 1 star review by Mr. Morgan. I have known ACD for going on 4 years; and had 2 dogs through their training program with excellent outcomes. I'm also a vendor to ACD specifically their telecom services. Mark is experiencing technology issues as he is moving to programs that will enhance the Client experience. Sometimes technology takes time to work through the bugs but I can attest that everything ACD does is for you and your pet. They never get a day off managing the pups it's a 7/24 commitment for the staff and they embrace each and every moment. Maybe next time a review that I had difficulty reaching you but would still like to know more about your program would have been a better direction?? At any rate I'm sure Mark would still welcome a conversation with you since you called with a pet issue that you still have.
