What looked like “protective” behavior was really fear-based, and once we addressed that at the root, everything started to change. Seeing him go from reacting to calmly allowing Brian to walk in, leash him, and take him out on his own is a huge milestone — and a great example of what’s possible with the right approach and consistency.<br><br>And Snuggles… she’s a perfect example that even the sweetest dogs can develop habits like resource guarding.
