So far, we are very unhappy with our experience here. They force you to go through multiple stages of expensive classes before you even begin. These early stages provide nothing you can't get with 15 minutes of YouTube or Google search result reading.
We asked to observe any of their sessions and were basically told you had to already be signed up (paid) before that was allowed. Either they don't want people "stealing" knowledge (that is already available online for free... or they want to get your money locked in before you find out it's probably a waste?
In any case, after several threads of reddit conversations, a handful of conversations with others in the Seattle area that have used these services... It seems more like a "churn-n-burn" business trying to pump as many people through the system as possible vs actually helping.
If you have a golden or other dog that is already "fine" in almost every way, this place will probably be fine for you. If you have a dog who needs any real help, it feel like a complete waste of time and money so far.

Love this place. I brought my first pup here 16 years ago and just did another round with my new one. They are kind, accommodating and clear with their training techniques. I'll bring all my pups here!

First time puppy parents!. What a great way to bond with our puppy and learn a few skills to start him on the right track. Our puppy Kona loved it here and really enjoyed the puppy playtime built into each session.
Really impressed with Wynona and how she spent time with each puppy and person in every class.
Highly recommend!

I took my pup for puppy kindergarten classes. The instructor, Laura was great and my pup enjoyed puppy playtime a lot.
However, in the 6 class series the last 2 classes were the same as the first two classes. That was a huge waste of time and money.
