How is the grooming service? My dog shakes when we take her to the current groomer. I am sensing something is wrong so thinking about switching. Does your dog like to go get grooming there?
Great place to take your dog. I take both of my dogs there. My female is a butt no matter where she goes, but my male is always excited to go see Brenda! They know the place by name.

My dogs are fine when they go to Almost Home. In the past I boarded with Almost Home and had no problems.

My dog shakes when she goes to the vet, but never seen her shake on our way into Almost Home for grooming! I think they do a great job!

I am aspiring to be a dog trainer, and have been training my own dog and have been seeking apprenticeships in dog training. Today I went into AHSD to observe one of their puppy classes and speak to the trainers and what can i say... What an amazing group of people! I struggle with social anxiety a lot, but all of them were so welcoming and made my husband and I feel right at home. Its quite clear to see their passion for educating people and their pets, and they were so willing to teach me and my puppy. The davenport facility we went to was so nice! I will 100% be not only reaching back out for my apprenticeship hours through AHSD - but to also just bring my own puppy there because I actually TRUST them with Chucho. I highly recommend AHSD. Great people, amazing passion and wonderful doggos <3 PS. Jana and her entire staff are ANGELS, treat them well or i'll be sad.
Love this place. Our dog has had play time, boarding and boarding/train there. Always a great experience. Grace, the trainer, has done an outstanding job with Molly
We have always felt confident leaving our dog in their care. The facility is always clean. The staff is great and really loves the dogs. We've even run into employees out and about and they recognize and remember our dog's name. Great place.
Absolutely loved my experience with this place! The ladies I spoke with were both very nice and although my dogs didn't stay for the whole reservation (canceled flights are a pain) I know they were in good hands. Definitely found the perfect place for my dogs!
