Al is an exemplary trainer! I Signed up for Al's levels classes with my German Shepherd and am thrilled by all of the information we learned and progress that we made together. Though I have lived with and worked with dogs my whole life (and have read every dog psychology book and training book I could get my hands on since I was a kid), Al was still able to bring so much new information to the table. The whole experience was very eye-opening! Not only does Al have a wealth of knowledge, but his methods really work! The key is taking what you learn and actually putting in the work and applying the methods consistently. Dogs can be trained. The hardest part is training their people I suppose 😉 Al does a great job at laying that foundation for every willing dog-owner that joins his program. On top of providing fun and engaging group classes, Al is also willing to answer every question that comes his way and is always available via email. He also helps owners address and work on individual dog behaviors one on one. I was amazed at how many resources Al offered beyond his Levels courses and would 100% attend his classes again in the future!

If your furry friend has behavioral issues that is making life with them less than enjoyable, you HAVE to call Al and arrange for him to meet your four legged family member! Al will be completely honest with you about his ability to help your companion be the very best they can be. We had a very difficult foster pup who had severe resource guarding issues that we feared would lead to him being euthanized. We brought him to Al and, while it doea take a lot of work and effort, Al gave us the tools to overcome Prince's issues...he even achieved his Canine Good Citizenship Certificate AND has been an amazing foster brother to multiple other fosters ....He remains our only foster fail 💜🐾💜 We can never Thank Al enough for all he has given us with our NOW Prince Charming!

My wife and I were to the point of having conversations about potentially bringing our border collie/heeler rescue back to the humane society because he was so aggressive towards other dogs. Within weeks, Al had Sunny off leash and running around with the other dogs. Not only that, but his focus on the owner's role in training has helped my wife feel incredible confident in working with Sunny. We live all the way in Sunnyside and drive almost two hours roundtrip twice a week because Al White's Dog Training is completely worth it. Because of Al, we now have a happy and well-behaved (most of the time...I mean, he's still a one-year-old border collie/heeler) pup.

Took my doberman to classes there... went to every class I could for the money I paid. Was a lot of the money for me... and was my Christmas present. Classes every Tuesday and Thursday and every other Sunday. No more expensive than 4 paws... but less formal. Great for socializing and basics. Great place to get started, then you can go forward in your advanced training. Since Al's class I have taken classes at 4 paw, handling classes with the AKC kennel club and Agility on A Street, and became a certified dog trainer and CGC evaluator! I would certainly recommend!! Good starting point.

Al is wonderful with the dogs! If you want effective training (of you!) that transfers to gentle training of your dog, this is the place to go! One of our dogs received his Canine Good Citizen certificate at the end of his Silver package training session and we are getting ready to put our second dog through a bronze package (since the human has already received some training;-). I highly recommend Al!
