Alabama Canine

I have been doing business with Alabama Canine since 2008. As a narcotics canine handler I have visited other vendors across the country and I'm not saying anything negative towards them but I am truly amazed at the passion, dedication, professionalism, knowledge and caring that Ricky Farley and his staff have for the canines. They go above and beyond to insure they only put the best canines out on the market. Mr Farley is old school and he understands that every Canine that they train at Alabama Canine is a reflection on them. That's why he strives to be the best of the best and you can't ask for more than that. My Canine partner and I have seized millions of dollars worth of narcotics off the street and I'm positive that it wouldn't have been possible if my training and Canine wasn't a product of Alabama Canine. I highly recomend their services to anyone needing anything dealing with canines. Thank you Mr Farley for helping Suza and I to have a very successful career.

I have known Ricky Farley since Jr High and throughout my life both personally and more so professionally. A K9 officer puts their trust in their k9 partner upto the point of a life or death situation. This facility has Ricky and his colleagues blood sweat and tears built into this program. It's more than a business it is his way in life. I can honestly say I owe my life to this man and his crew. I had the honor of meeting Ricky Farley in 2014 when I went through his K9 Handler School. Ricky is very compassionate about the dogs he trains. Ricky has some of the best trainers in this country. I spent 4 weeks at his facility and it is top notch. Everyone that is leaving negative reviews have obviously never met this man. I have known Ricky Farley and Alabama Canine since 2009. In 2009 I went through the AL Canine Police K9 handler course with my second full service K9, Enko, which was also purchased through AL Canine. Before attending AL Canine School I was certified by NAPWDA, USPCA and American Working Dog. I had been to numerous K9 seminars put on by different organizations across the nation. With all my expierence I was surprised that I learned more about training, working and about the health of the dogs from the staff at AL Canine then all the training I had before attending their school. Everyday started with cleaning the kennels, making sure the dogs had fresh water and all their needs were taken care of before training. Ricky said if you can’t keep a dog healthy your dog can’t work. During the long and intense training days Ricky and his staff were constantly evaluateing the dog and the handler. When Ricky and his staff saw that a dog might be injured he would immiediatly remove the dog from training and they would not let the dog return unless he was 100%. When we finished training we would feed the dogs and walk them to make sure they were all right before letting them back into the kennel for the night. So to some up, I was a K9 handler for over half my Law Enforcement career and if I ever went back to working a Police K9I would go back to AL Canine because hands down, that is the best place to train a K9 and to kennel my dog.
