Booked an at home training session for my dog a week in advance and gave the address to our apartment complex. The day of she texted me at 5:20 confirming the address which I then again confirmed with her and let her know the exact location. She apparently entered the apartment complex at 5:52 PM and said she didn’t know which apartment was ours to which six minutes later I gave her the building and door number. She never once tried to call and confirm and then at 6:09 (only 9min into the appointment) I received a text message stating that she had a long week and long day so that the information I gave her was too little too late and she went home. So disgustingly unprofessional. She then didn’t respond to and calls or texts after.
Good class in agility. Very good instructor. Works with u with problems u are having with your dog in agility.
A fantastic training team and a great program. We are very pleased with the outcome. Our pup was just 3mo at basic obedience enrollment and will be a great well mannered canine citizen upon graduation. Excellent choice!
