Dear Lisa, we are so sorry you were disappointed about the day rates we charge, you came out and toured the facility before you booked your pets stay, you took a hard copy of the contract home with you to fill out and our website confirms the pricing, when you brought your pet in with the paperwork we wanted you to know it was not correct, we gave you two immediate remedies that would take your pet on your terms of payment, that same day and time. We are sorry you feel that a remedy to your request is rude, we thought a surprise difference of a price you would be charged would just be bad business, an explanation of what is in writing upfront is a better way to service the public.

Our trainer Paige has been a great dog lover and has educated herself in many different aspects of training and competes to prove her abilities we are so lucky to have her instruct our classes. Thank you for leaving her such a great review!
