I was originally hesitant about sending Raina to a board and train. She had a lot of separation anxiety when we had first adopted her and I worried that sending her away for a month would facilitate the return of that anxiety. However, we really wanted help in giving Raina tools to be calmer around other dogs and new people so that we felt comfortable taking her to public outings and trips with our family. Noelle took the time to answer all of our questions in our initial meeting and I could tell Raina liked her right away. During the board and train, Noelle kept us updated with frequent videos and photos. Raina appeared happy and engaged in the training, her tail was always wagging and held high. Since coming home she has been much more confident and calm in public places and around other dogs. We have a lot more tools and a better understanding of how to continue to work with her moving forward. We were happy with how Noelle worked with Raina’s individual needs and personality and adapted the training to meet those needs. We had used a different board and train in the past for another dog and felt their approach was to control the dog to establish obedience. Noelle instead got to know Raina and learned the best way to communicate with her and establish expectations. She then took the time to work with us so that we are able to communicate clearly and can continue to build on her training. We will definitely be seeing Noelle again in the future for any of our training needs.

Noelle helped us train our Belgian Malinois Zora! What a wonderful experience to work with such knowledgeable, professional and compassionate person! Noelle’s skills are excellent- from attention to detail, to understanding of dog behavior, to teaching methods and beyond! I don’t trust many people with my dog but I would trust Noelle any day!!! She is very passionate about her work and it shows 🐕💕
