Lorena was an experienced and compassionate trainer with our new puppy. She offered lots of suggestions on day to day issues, and guided us in training exercises that we did between our weekly sessions with her. We have been able to continue and definitely see he is learning. I especially appreciate her understanding of a puppy’s developmental stage and helping us see what was realistic for him. She made the sessions fun for him, which helped us to relate to him with positive reinforcement. Highly recommend her.
