All About Dog Obedience

I called for inquiry on training for new my puppy 12 days ago no call back had to text the person finally a response on text only 4 days ago THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE AND LUCKY TO GET A TEXT!! ok past set aside moving forward person said they make a call appointment for me at 2pm (day 9) I waited sat waited more, 4pm flys by a new text im busy with another appt 5pm comes she calls im outside she never called back rude unacceptable disrespectful behavior do you really want your family member beloved pup/dog to go here? if they disrespect humans you can only imagine how they will treat your dog save yourself the headache and grief and time look elsewhere!!

I called the number on their website and left a message about dog training/boarding the first week in November. Waited a few days with no response. Called and left another message, waited a few more days with no response. Filled out their online form requesting them to contact me about training & boarding. Again I waited a few days before a response. The response came in the form of a 5 paragraph text message explaining that November would work but that they wanted to do an evaluation of my dog before we schedule any training and that will cost me $45. I responded back right away saying that all sounds great when can we schedule the eval? Again no response for 3 days. This morning I sent them another text..... good morning. Is there any chance we can get this eval scheduled today? Finally a quick response. "I have December 14th at 8:15am does that work?"... They wanted to schedule the evaluation 6 weeks after I needed the boarding for my dog. Honestly I have no idea how good their dog training is but It doesn't matter how good they are if this is how they communicate with their customers. On a side note, I contacted 3 other dog trainers in the area and got a response right away from each of them. Save your time and frustration on this one.
