All About Dogs Boarding and Training provides puppy, obedience, and agility training in a comfortable, safe environment. We offer group classes for beginners and experienced dog owners alike, as well as private sessions. Our methods and approaches are kind and positive to ensure a lifetime of fun and good health for you and your dog. When should I start crate training my puppy?
As with any training, starting early is always better. Puppyhood is a critical time for socialization and obedience training; therefore, crate training your puppy should begin as soon as possible. Crate conditioning begins by giving your pup small amounts of his own food in the crate (for example, kibble or some water) several times per day. As he becomes more comfortable with being inside the crate, you can gradually increase the amount of time he spends there each day. Once your puppy is completely conditioned to spending time in the crate, you can start using it as a safe place when you're not home. This way, if anything happens and he needs to be picked up quickly (e.g., during an emergency evacuation), he will be familiar with going into the Crate instead of traveling unrestrained through unfamiliar surroundings or getting lost indoors.

How many dogs and owners are in a group class?
Our classes are relatively small, max 15 dog-owner pairs per class. We keep it that way so that everyone gets the attention they need. Classes start every 5 weeks, so you're able to repeat a level if you want to or advance.

Jenni is the best! I adopted a French bulldog pup a couple of years ago and when I reached out to a couple of places Jenni was the first to call me back. I’m sure she heard my desperation and invited me to join a puppy obedience class. Once I attended with my dog I was hooked! We continued to level 1 & 2 obedience classes. These classes made the world of difference with my strong headed puppy! He became obedient and so social with other pups. Fast forward 2 years..we were wanting to adopt a 2 yr old female frenchie who had terrible aggression issues. She was so sweet but She was so dominant that our frenchie was afraid to come by me. I called Jenni and she came by to assess them in their environment and I am not exaggerating, the hour she spent with us has changed the dynamics in one afternoon. My male frenchie will now come back to sit by me and the new female is really backing off in a good way. Jenni’s love for dogs comes through in her training. I am so grateful that she has helped me understand my dog’s personalities so I can help them get along. I really don’t know what I would have done without Jenni’s coaching and support! You will never regret trusting her with your pets!!

Just wanted to share my wonderful, life changing experience with Jenni from All About Dogs! I own a Pomeranian puppy less than a year old. Kimchee, my Pomeranian, is a cute, intelligent, feisty, challenging yapper of a dog. I was overwhelmed, wit’s end, and completely challenged by my Kimchee. Jenni had done an individualized, extensive training with her and I. She has come back to me a well-behaved, positive reinforced, responsive Kimchee! The change in Kimchee is unparalleled, with what, I was dealing with when I had decided to go with All About Dogs. I’ve gotten my sanity back and a wonderful companion due to Jenni’s expertise. I travel for work once a week and will be boarding her, as well, when I leave out of town. They have a great facility and faculty to house Kimchee while I’m away. The peace of mind, I will have to do so, will be invaluable when I travel. I can’t thank Jenni enough! ❤️
My dogs are lean, fit and well trained thanks to these good people.
