We are glad we found All Canines to work with our dog, Cody. Mike worked to help him overcome his incredible shyness and anxiety. Cody has truly come out of his shell to show his happy, goofy self. Mike’s knowledge of behavioral issues is extensive and insightful. He is gentle, patient, and always accommodating. I am very appreciative of his service. Maintaining training does take time and dedication on the part of myself and my family, but the outcome has been well worth it.

My fiancé and I were struggling with our 6 year old rescue dog and his reactions to random dogs while on walks. After an 8 week course with Mike we developed the tools needed to help our guy learn to both trust us, and follow our lead. We are all happier building our bonds and finding ways to make our boy happy and we all truly enjoy our walks. Thank you Mike and all canines for giving us the building blocks to help moxley!

Mike is an absolute miracle worker with dogs -- patient and very loving training with our too too energetic pit; he got her to stop and listen and obey several commands which transformed her behavior in the car and in the yard. our set of six private lessons turned her into an obedient girl by Mike's use of positive reinforcement of treats and praise. She enjoyed working with him and loves him -- we highly recommend All Canines for dog training.

We just finished a six-session package with All Canines and I can honestly say that it was life changing for my family! Emily and Mike work like a well-oiled machine and made the whole process as easy on us as possible. From the very beginning, Emily took care of the organization of our sessions and communicated with us all along the way through their company’s portal (which is very user-friendly). Once our schedule was set and payment plan was determined, Mike came to our home for each hour-long session right on time and with all the supplies he needed for the session. He was always respectful of our home, our dogs, and our family and never once rushed out the door to leave when the hour was up. In fact, he stayed late every single session, making sure to answer all the questions we had before leaving. We have two rescue dogs, both with very different personalities and needs, and Mike was able to genuinely tap into what motivates them and what we could do to train them as efficiently as possible. He was patient with all of our dogs ‘problem behaviors’ and never once made us feel ashamed for the lack of training our dogs clearly showed. On the contrary, Mike helped us feel empowered to continue our training after each session and he was always available to answer any questions we sent to him in between sessions. Whether in person or through messages, he explained everything in a very clear way that just helped things to ‘click’ for us. Plus, his approach with our dogs was always reinforcement-oriented, which we really appreciated. It was easy for us to engage with the training because it all revolved around what motivated our dogs and what was feasible for us as dog-owners. It honestly even made our training experience fun and something we looked forward to because we felt confident about being able to do the actual training, and we enjoyed the bonding experience it provided for us and our dogs. The progress we have made in regards to communicating with our dogs, reading their body language and understanding their needs, as well as, the progress our dogs have made with learning commands has been astounding. Needless to say, we are grateful for all of the support and guidance from All Canines and we will be booking more training sessions in the future!
