All Dawgs

All Dawgs looks great from the outside but doesn’t always have your dog‘s best interest at heart. The trainers and majority of the staff are friendly but the owner only cares about the bottom dollar. After sending our dog here two days a week for a month at his last pick up we noticed that he had a hoarse bark that he didn’t have in the morning when we dropped him off. When we asked the staff they said they didn’t notice anything and then he wasn’t barking a lot that day. When it wasn’t resolved overnight we took our dog to the vet in the morning and the vet concluded that our dog had been barking nonstop when we reached out to the owner of all dogs letting them know that we wouldn’t be continuing sending our dog here because of this and would and would like a refund for our unused next month that we paid for, she only offered credit for future services. This review would get one star normally but the majority of the staff are very friendly and our dog did seem to have fun otherwise.

this place is neglectful, unhygienic, greedy for money, and prejudice i went with my dad and step mother to one of the puppy classes, they barely taught the dogs anything and you basically pay for the dogs to walk around a hot, disgusting, smelly warehouse for an hour. they didnt teach the puppies anything and all they did was set up stupid obstacles for the dogs to “build up their confidence” on. one of the “trainers” was very rude to a woman who couldnt speak english well and it seemed like he was singling her out and gave her an attitude from the very beginning of the class. my step mom told me the third class they went to, her puppy literally overheated and was sick the rest of the night because of how hot the warehouse was. the rest of the puppies also overheated and the trainers wont give peoples money back. its very obvious that they dont care about dogs well being and all they want is money.
