All Dawgs

I brought my dog here with mixed feeling. One neighbor said do not send my dog due to their dog always smelling like pee when they were picked up than I had some rave about them. Meet and greet was 2/20. They make you purchase your visits in advance to secure your pack spot. Did a add on visit for almost 60 dollars on 2/25 when I picked up my dog it was if she sat in pee in all day. I was not happy. Attended 2/27 let the folks know who I dropped her off with I was not happy with Tuesdays visit they said it was a misunderstanding. Picked her up, she had explosive diarrhea all weekend. Came back 3/6 asked them not to give her give her treats which i was told are hotdogs. On 3/10 my girl had such a bad cough. My vet informed me she had a viral infection not to let her attend day care so she didn't infect other dogs. I called to inform them my dog would not be attending due to a viral infection and asked how this works. Do I get an extra day or a credit. They called back with a message your allowed one absence and that's it and it would go on my next invoice. I will not be returning as the reputation of dogs getting sick held up. My dog was a shelter dog she didn't get sick there she got sick here at this establishment. Their policy's are not reasonable. I get they need to get paid but if enough notice is given more than one absence should be given. Oh and by the way I'm sure none of the current dog owners were informed of my dog being sick nor did anyone call to check up on her. My dog will not be returning. Please keep an eye on your dogs the cough sounds like they are trying to clear their throats hers was mild but your dogs could be worse. I'm out almost 90 dollars from this but I would rather not have to worry bout my dog sitting in her pee all day or getting sick.
