We are the parents of a now, 7-month-old male Australian Shepherd puppy. When we first started with All Day Dog Adventures (ADDA) our puppy was just over 16 weeks old, extremely vocal, insecure and completely unsocialized to people and other dogs. We cannot say enough about Neil and the ADDA team. Although, our puppy is the 12th dog I have ever had in my family this guy was quite a challenge to my resolve to believe he could ever be trained to follow even the most basic of commands. Neil was great with advice on different techniques and regimes to try with him. Now, after 2 basic puppy classes and one advanced puppy class, our, not so little guy, is coming into his own and excelling at obedience, socialization and most importantly, self-confidence. As he is an Aussie, we understand that the vocalizations will be a part of his personality and our lives but, not nearly as loud and plaintive. The relationship with your life companion that ADDA cultivates is head and shoulders above anything we have read about or observed by other people training their pets. It is based on repetition, love and understanding of how your pet thinks and to what they best respond. If you are on the fence whether to take a class from ADDA, we can assure you that if you FOLLOW THE TRAINING ADVICE and DO YOUR & YOUR PETS HOMEWORK, the rewards will be well worth the dollar and time investment.

Training with All Day Dog Adventures was such a positive experience. The instructors were very supportive and encouraging. Instruction was clear and there was ample opportunity to practice new skills and to receive feedback to improve. Even in a group class setting, they took the time to address individual concerns and needs specific to the dogs and their owners. They fostered confidence in my ability to work with and train my dog positively and successfully. I will definitely return for another class with them soon!
