All Dogs Durham

We can't say enough good things about All Dogs Durham. We have been bringing both our dogs here and could not be happier with the progress they've made. Our shy husky went to day training and it's been so fun watching her come out of her shell, enjoy a new place, and learn some important skills. She also took the Canine Good Citizen prep course and loved it. We also learned a lot and feel well equipped to continue growing her skills. Our other dog has had a real issue with people coming into the house, which has blocked us from having guests or traveling. We've been trying to make progress for years. All Dogs Durham has been invaluable. They took the time to understand our dog and came up with a plan for managing his behavior in the home. Two people have now come into the house without us, which is a huge win in record time. We feel really optimistic for the first time in a while but more importantly feel like we have a partner when it comes to navigating the next steps. We can't recommend them enough and we look forward to doing more fun stuff at the facility.

My dog Bevo has been attending day training at All Dogs (first in Cary, now Durham) for almost a year. Here’s why we love them so much: 1. Nora and her team will be there for you!!! They’ve met with us, set goals with us, kept us updated on his progress, and constantly provide us with new information on Bevo that helps us help him. The team is honest, practical, and so so so kind! 2. They video the day training, this means that we can watch and review how they train him. THIS HAS BEEN THE GAME CHANGER! We started to understand what worked for our boy through these videos because we could see his body language and be walked through how to help him. We get 3-7 videos after every session. 3. The trainers change it up. It’s dynamic training that improves your dog’s life. They go on walks, learn to settle/ relax in the outside world, learn how to correctly socialize. To my knowledge All Dogs Durham are the only dog trainers providing day training like this in the area. I was literally driving to Cary for months to see them because they are that good. Our family is so glad they’re in Durham!

Our dog Clove has completed the Intro to Nose Work and Teen Class, and both were wonderful! Clove struggles with anxiety, and we weren't sure how she'd do, but these classes have given her so much confidence. Jordaan is a fantastic trainer. He's highly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond by providing detailed notes and personalized suggestions for training at home, so the learning doesn't stop when class ends. We couldn't recommend All Dogs Durham enough!

We are so happy to have All Dogs Allowed now in Durham! They are my absolute favorite for group dog training in the Triangle, so much so that I was happily driving 40 minutes to Cary. I've done a variety of classes with them (in Cary) with several different trainers and I have had only great experiences; I've learned a lot and had a lot of fun. I recommend ADA because I trust their philosophy and approach to R+ dog training, and it's clear that their trainers truly believe in these methods. We just took our first Durham class, CGC with Henry and Tilly, and it was great. They always let my goofy dog be her goofy self (which for us meant sometimes, she needed to get a toy out of the toy bin during rest breaks in class!) meaning she learned a lot but rarely got frustrated; the learning is balanced with brain breaks. She absolutely loves the classes and we look forward to more. Also, after our class Henry and Tilly gave us a handwritten card which I deeply appreciated :)
