It’s too early to say for certain, since our pup just returned this morning, but I will update this review as we see results! Hoping this turns to a 5 star review, and a company we can recommend. We already saw many new skills upon his return (unlike the first time). We will continue to build on the foundation Matthew has set for us. I am confident our puppy can be a great leash walker, hospitable to our guests, and just an all around obedient dog. You can expect a little weight loss from your dog upon return, as they’re likely working him way more than you do at home.

We have a 1 year old female blue heeler whom we have had since she was 6 weeks old. We thought we knew the breed, but this pure blue heeler became out of control quickly (jumping on people including us resulting in falls and deep scratches, chewing furniture and baseboards, running off and not coming when called and more). When my husband had knee replacement surgery and the next week i had foot surgery, i knew we needed help. All Dogs Unleashed and Simon literally saved us all! The Board & Train program allowed us to heal and our Scooby Doo to get the consistent, standardized training she needed. We are in the country so ADU drove out here and picked her up. It was obvious (even at that point) that we made the right decision from the way she began responding to the trainer even though no training had taken place. They called when we got anxious (like when you first leave your child at daycare or with anyone else that’s not you) and we texted for other check ins. When she came back, we were amazed. Simon drove her home and then trained us for 1.5 hours to keep things consistent and then the true test started. Could we maintain what ADU had started? Yes and we did! The lesson was clear and easy to understand and we now had a dog who knew what was expected. We all had the basics down. ADU returned for phase 2 to provide e collar training to address unwanted behaviors. Our pup is a typical blue heeler. She’s stubborn but always wants to please. She responded to the e collar right away and the rest is up to us. Great value for the price! Lifetime support from ADU as your dog grows and has new challenges is priceless and included. We got exactly what we paid for and expected! These folks know what they’re doing and they love dogs. Fantastic job Simon and the team at ADU!
