If I could give 10+ stars, I would! What an amazing company and an incredible experience. We signed our pup up for the 2-week board and train program, and our trainer was Daniel. I truly cannot say enough great things about him. Daniel was respectful, patient, loving, and incredibly kind to our pup. He took the time to work through all of the areas we were concerned about and really helped our dog succeed. Our pup is night-and-day different from when we dropped him off. The improvement has been amazing. I can’t thank Daniel and the team at All Dogs Unleashed enough. They’ve also provided follow-up support and lifetime aftercare, which gives us so much confidence moving forward. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience!

My husband and I enrolled our 3 month old chocolate Lab puppy, Charlie, in the two-week board and train program at All Dogs Unleashed in Parker after seeing the 4.9-star rating and researching other board and train programs in the area. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply concerning from start to finish and I would have wanted to have been warned as well. Before her stay even began, we uploaded vaccination records over a week in advance and were told she simply needed to be up to date. Ten minutes before our appointment (after we had driven nearly an hour from our home for her two-week stay), we were called and told her vaccines were “not sufficient.” Her records had been available for review for over a week. This felt very disorganized and, honestly, was a red flag. Steven later stated this “wasn’t a normal situation” and said they would be excited to welcome Charlie back in two weeks once everything was complete. We chose to trust them and proceed. In hindsight, we wish we had listened to our instincts. While Charlie was in the program, I reached out on day two simply to check in and did not receive a response. I had to follow up again over 18 hours later before hearing back. Over the course of the full 14-day stay, we received a total of four photos and one video of Charlie. If you are hoping for regular updates or insight into how your dog is doing while away, that was not our experience. Pickup raised even more concerns. After explaining the e-collar and how we would be expected to use it at home, Daniel said he would retrieve Charlie in five minutes. Shortly after he left, we heard an eruption of barking from what sounded like a basement area (as if multiple dogs were reacting at once). It ultimately took over 15 minutes to bring her up. When Charlie was returned to us, her physical condition was not what we expected. During the training demonstration, we witnessed our puppy being corrected on an e-collar at a level 50 out of 100. After the correction, Daniel stated, “She’s just pouting.” I was stunned. Seeing our puppy corrected at that level and having it minimized in that way was upsetting and deeply concerning. It made us question what she may have experienced during her stay. We had clearly documented on her intake form that Charlie receives a daily liquid supplement added to her food. When she came home, the supplement container was still sealed and unused. Before her stay, we asked if we could include a few personal items to help her feel comfortable. We were told they could not guarantee the condition the items would be returned in. I remember joking to my husband, “Her condition better be guaranteed.” Unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Most concerning was her physical condition upon return. Charlie appeared visibly thinner, with mild eye discharge and irritation on her belly. We took her to the vet immediately. Our veterinarian documented that: • Charlie was in a lean body condition consistent with poor weight gain during boarding • She had mild eye discharge and minor skin irritation • These findings, along with weight loss, suggested she experienced stress during her stay • We were advised to increase her caloric intake to help her regain weight • We were instructed to monitor for kennel cough due to boarding exposure After two weeks and over $2,000 spent and a $125 vet visit for medicated wipes for her stomach rash; she returned knowing two commands and primarily conditioned to the e-collar. We take responsibility for choosing this facility as we entrusted them, but at a minimum we expected our puppy to return home in the same physical health she was in when we entrusted her to their care. We strongly encourage other pet owners to ask detailed questions about training methods, feeding protocols, supervision, and communication standards before committing. Trust your instincts.
