After the two weeks, Mike brought our pup to the house and trained us on how to handle her. He explained his training technique and walked us through everything. We're eager to continue practicing her skills! Some background: I waffled on how to train our new puppy. The Internet had a ton of information and I ended up feeling confused and annoyed. Calling All Dog Unleashed was the best decision. We have a clear road map for training and it works. Boom. Love it. I won't hesitate to contact them in the future if we get another dog!

Extremely happy about the training results of our very own pup with Mike! We have always had dogs... but all the training was all pre-kids and career. After our oldest pup passed, the kids (and me) really wanted another furry companion. Excitedly, we acquired the fuzzy creature (a giant schnauzer) and assumed the process of DIY training her. After several weeks of effort, failed attempts, crying children, and a general sense of frustration... we began questioning our decision to take on the responsibility. Mike was able to save the day, and the relationship with our very loved (previously, very naughty) pup. More importantly, he took the time to train us, in home, to ensure we could maintain the instruction. If you're feeling overwhelmed and need someone to lay the right foundation for your furry friend... look no further! Thankful for Mike, his team, and their cumulative time. Don't hesitate, his services are worth every penny. PS - The "place" command is an absolute game changer.

Mike and his team did a great job with Zeus. Zeus learned so much and has done a great job remembering all of his commands. We love to take him on walks off leash now!

Our dog Murphy has made some great improvements since his 2 week stay with All Dogs Unleashed. We were a little disappointed, however, when we didn’t receive an update on our dog which we were told we would receive on day 8 of his stay (this would allow Murphy to have 7 full days of training completed). I emailed the next day to see how Murphy was doing but did not hear back. Three days later I called to ask for an update. Mike said they had been very busy but said he would send some pictures of Murphy later that night. I did not receive any photos that night, although I did receive some later the next day. I trusted that Murphy was in good hands, but was hoping for some follow-through on their word. When Murphy returned we were very happy with his progress and learned a lot about how to keep up with his training. Unfortunately, we still have an issue with barking. I reached out to Mike and asked for some additional assistance. He called me the following week and said we could schedule a time the next week for Eric to spend some extra time with Murphy. He said he would call me back with a confirmed day and time. I told him we were moving and only had the following week available. Unfortunately we never heard back and I was not hopeful that we would be able to get something scheduled in time before our move - so I gave up. Again, we are very happy with Murphy’s progress, just disappointed with the lack of follow-through.

We couldn’t be happier with All Dogs Unleashed in Des Moines! We did the two week board and train. We sent off a (rather large) puppy who was constantly biting and jumping and honestly more stressful than fun….and since his return (with continued consistent training) he is AMAZING! Joy has been restored to our home!! Worth every penny…highly recommend!!
