I sent Finn to their 2-week board and train, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We got a discount due to me being a nursing student, so it was worth the price, along with the lifetime warranty if we feel like he is getting back into habits. I! When we dropped him off, they sat us down and asked us what we wanted out of training, and different behaviors we wanted to be corrected. They walked us through what they were going to use for training, so I felt good about sending him there. After him being there for a week we got a few photos, and a report card on how he was doing. It was very nice getting to see how his training was going. The day we picked him up, we met with his trainer. She gave us a run down on what she taught him, and how to keep up with the training. We got to keep his cot, leash, and E-collar. She was awesome! We next got to see him for the first time, and see what he learned. She then let us work with him to get comfortable with the E-collar and controlling the vibration. (they said the collar goes up to 100, but they never did it over 20, and this was very reassuring). Overall, a great experience! I would recommend to my friends and family.
