So so happy with our results! We had our two Irish setters do the two week board and train and what a difference! No pulling whatsoever and completely stayed in place! These are two VERY high energy boys who would jump on every single person including us. So impressed with how they maintained a sit and proper manners! Can’t wait to see how different our lives will be. So grateful! —————————————— Editing this review to update and clarify. This review was written AT pickup and requested by them before we left. The update is that we had no results from this training. The e collar “magic” is not training that sticks and may have seemed like fast results at first but did not offer results. Our boys were boarded at pet paradise the entire “board and stay” and they say they trained them each day. We were not sent any kind of progress or training video except for one video showing them walking for less than 30 seconds on a leash with an e collar. We followed all guidance after training pickup and continued with the collars and our boys would still jump and did not know any of the commands they were supposed to. They did not come out knowing loose leash walking, place, stay, any of that. They only walked on a leash if you CONTINUOUSLY use vibration on the e collars. That does not seem like real training to me. We reached out quite soon after saying we did not see results and if they can get retraining since they have the “lifetime” guarantee and they said they were finally getting an actual building and would update when they could do a retraining. They never updated and we had to reach out 3 times with no offered time each time. They kept saying their building was delayed, which would be fine if they actually had the decency to update me on that instead of me having to keep reaching out. We spent thousands of dollars to get our two dogs board and trained here with no results. I reported them to their corporate office who said they would be looking into it. No refund was offered, only a “retraining” by the same site once they get an actual location/building. That’s a no from me.

Roy and Stacey were amazing. I have a 3 year old reactive and very anxious golden doodle that I’ve tried absolutely everything with. She even takes Prozac. Lilly is 55lbs and has a scary bark. She would bark and lunge at people, cars, animals and It was very difficult to leave the house to take her to the vet or even on a walk. After picking Lilly up she is a completely different dog. I am able to walk her peacefully without her barking or pulling on the leash. She has more confidence and knows her commands very well. We are so relieved that Lilly is now well trained and we’re excited to be able to take her out with us more often which we were unable to do before. I would recommend all dogs unleashed to anyone looking for training. We were very sad to leave our dog for at first but they made us comfortable and we felt better knowing Lilly was in good hands. They kept us updated the entire time. It was truly a pleasure working with them and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
