All Paws Dog Training

I’ve been going back and forth about leaving this review because I hate to leave a poor review for a small business, but we really didn’t have a great experience. Our puppy was in the first puppy basics class and since the beginning of the six weeks, we continuously told Debbie that our dog bites. She shook it off as puppy biting but our dog already had all its adult teeth and the biting didn’t stop. We found that she often talked over us and didn’t really listen to the issues we were having. Debbie was great with the puppy basics. Our dog learned all the commands that were taught in class, and very easily, which is why I didn’t give a 1-star rating. At the last class, our dog bit the instructor. And she wasn’t happy about it (of course, we’re not either and have been trying to teach him not to bite). After getting bit, she humiliated us in front of the rest of the class and sent us home saying this is a behavioral issue, not puppy biting (which we’ve been telling her since day one). She told us to text her and she’ll do a one-on-one training to make up for missing the last class. I thought that was a fair trade, so I did. No response. I gave it a couple days and texted again. Still no response. So she embarrassed us, sent us home, took our money, and didn’t give the class she promised. That’s why I have to give a 2-star rating.
