We received excellent one-on-one training that has made a huge difference in our pup. She takes the time to go over any concerns you have and her methods for behavioral correction work very well. She truly cares about your dog and your relationship with it. I learned a ton of information that makes me a more confident dog owner. Highly recommend.

Jacki is very knowledgeable, personable, down to earth, and has a great sense of humor. She really had a lot of wonderful up-to-date information and it was clear she is an experienced trainer. She answered my many questions thoroughly and made sure I understood what she was talking about before we moved on. I really like that you can do one class at a time so I can work with my dog at my own pace. I'm working on some reactivity issues with my shepherd/husky rescue dog and thanks to Jacklyn's help, and lots of work, I'm making amazing progress with my pup.
She was very knowledgeable and caring over the phone. I'd take my pets here before any traditional boarding facility.
