If you want to be certain of exceptional care and attention.. I endorse All-Phase! I have two small dogs which are very dear to me and spoiled as well. Laurel is so aware of their moods and happiness level that it is the only place I am comfortable with.. I know she keeps the place practically sterile, and she, as the owner, is most always onsite. There are no blank "I do not know if Mindy ate or not" looks..she knows the answers! Also, my favorite groomer, esp when your dog may be difficult.

I will never take my dog there again. I dealt with the same employee each time, on the phone and in person, and he was completely apathetic. I witnessed him being unapologetic when a woman picking up her dog asked why they didn't call her when there was an issue with her dog. He said they didn't get a phone #, so they couldn't call anyone. No apology of any kind. She was very kind and said Ok, but that she just doesn't want to lose her dog. The only thing that this employee Jason said about my dog's stay was that he destroyed a bed of theirs. I had to continue asking about how my dog did while he was there, and Jason simply stared at me, saying only "Fine. He barked and played." This employee clearly has no interest in dogs or people, and I feel very uncomfortable with the fact that we left our dog in their care while on vacation.

They wouldn't give my dog back on a Sunday when my grandmother had died and I had to leave that night to attend her funeral even though there was an employee on the premises with full access to the animal at a reasonable time during the day (around noon). I was terribly distraught and she slammed the door in my face when I pleaded for her back. When I returned after the funeral, one of the employees stopped me on the way out the door and berated me for asking for my dog back. Don't take your animal here - the staff is incompetent at best.

My family and I have been taking our various breeds of dogs to Laurel and All phase for 10 plus years. They are amazing with the animals and my current lab LOVES to go viist. She practically jumps out of the car everytime we pull up. They have trained all my dogs and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have also showed up unexpected with out calling and always find my pets in great care and attention. Totally recommend them!
