I'm looking at your "Hiring Professional Experienced Groomer" ad posted on Indeed. As a matter of curiosity: since when a "Professional Experienced Pet Groomer" is paid.....a minimum hourly wage???
Hi Ninel Our groomers are paid higher than minimum wage as posted on indeed in addition to commission. We also have other perks as well that are not listed. They are well cared for.

How long is training for a fully grown dog that is aggressive towards other dogs?
There are many factors that may play into aggressive behavior towards dogs so it is hard to give a time. Your end goal will also play a role as well. I would say 4-12 sessions however we would need to perform a behavioral consultation to give you a better idea.

My review is mainly for the training and socials: I've had two dogs attend classes at All Stage and had the privilege of experiencing different trainers and various people handling them both. The group classes are great for getting them into social situations where they don't need to play. Meanwhile, the socials are great for facilitating a safe play environment, where I'm not worried about injury or illness. Unee has been consistently wonderful with our sensitive doberman, often offering advice outside of class on how to manage his quirks. We opted for the maintenance package with him and it's been a great investment. For our second dog, we purchased the Starter Puppy Package. Val is great with our puppy, giving us a different perspective on training her with positive reinforcement. We've incorporated a bit of both trainer's methods and the results are almost immediately evident. In both cases, the trainers help to teach you how to train your dog and give different methods unique to each dog's personality. I was also pleased to find that Hailey works with the puppy during socials to develop better tolerance for loud noises while facilitating friendly play. The entire staff really seems to care about the dogs individually and wants what's best for them to be good canine citizens.
Deana is an amazing groomer! My labradoodle is super nervous always yet at the same time excited to see her. We also bring my golden doodle there now as well. Both look fabulous and are happy afterward!
All Stage was great to work with. We have a "difficult" rescue dog with anxiety issues. We attended training classes one on one with a trainer (Julie) who was great with our puppy and diagnosing what the issues are and how to deal with the inappropriate barking, and nipping. I highly recommend Miranda and her team if you need a dog trainer near you!
I have a new puppy and want her to become a therapy dog. I knew I needed to start from the very beginning training her the right way. The help I have gotten so far already has her improving so much and behaving beautifully. I highly recommend All Stage!
