Jason is a lifesaver! We rescued a puppy who ended up being super reactive to other dogs and especially bicycles. We could not walk him without it being a disaster as he would lunge at other dogs and bark non-stop as bikers went past. We chose the week long bootcamp for Rico and we could not be more pleased! He walks right beside us now and he no longer barks at bicycles or dogs. I am amazed at the transformation! In addition, Jason is an excellent teacher. He spent almost an hour with me at the pick up at the end of the week to not only explain to me how to continue Rico's training, but also to show me step by step how to continue the training. In fact, Jason used his own dog to try and distract Rico and I was able to see how Rico now handled this situation (no barking) and it was awesome! On a personal note, I will admit that being without my pup for a week was difficult, but at the pick up, it was clear Rico knew Jason was in charge but he was so happy to be with him and his tail wagged back and forth when he walked him, which was a huge relief for me! I would definitely go back to Jason for advanced training and for boarding as well. I have already referred two of my friends to Jason!

All I can say is THANK GOD for Jason. Our dog is six years old, and was ran up on by two different dogs when we moved to a new town. After that it was like a switch flipped he no longer was behaving on walks/ car rides. If he saw another dog he would absolutely go ballistic. For about a month of this behavior continuing I started to reach out to different trainers and doing research myself. Jason got back to me the very same day and got us scheduled for a meet. As soon as we met him we knew he was the right choice. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the issue we were facing. Jason then went over the training plan with us and what we could work on in the mean time with Ollie. Fast forward to the week we came to pick Ollie up. He was able to walk past all kinds of things without getting upset or overstimulated. Ollie had shown great trust in Jason during the synopsis of what Ollie had learned. Ollie can now live his best doggie life to the fullest. We couldn’t recommend Jason enough. He is seriously the coolest and sincere guy!

My grandmother passed away and I needed to quickly rush out of town. I read the reviews and decided to reach out to Jason, he did make me feel comfortable with bringing my dog there so I did. I was told to bring food, treats, and something that smelled like home for him to sleep with. When I dropped my dog off, I did absolutely no paper work for him. I asked if he would update me in which he responded I could text him but not to "blow his phone up". I decided to come home early from out of town, when I arrived the gentleman asked who I was picking up. I told him the name and he then asked what he looked like, he had no idea who the dog was. He joked that he knows them as "good girl, or good boy." He then brings out the bag I brought for the dog and tells me he's going to let him come out on his own because he's skiddish. All i could hear was barking from numerous dogs in the back and my dog was extremely nervous coming out, it took him a minute to even realize who I was! When I got home, I noticed the brand new bag of treats I brought wasn't even opened, and the night shirt I gave for my dog to sleep with was still folded in the bag how I had left it. Needless to say he wasn't given anything I was asked to bring over the numerous days i was there. I'm so glad I came home early and got him and I wouldn't recommend All star k9 to anyone! I wish I would have gotten the same experience as everyone else commenting here!
