I had been trying to train my German Shepard dog on my own with little success. I'd watch the dog training shows hoping I'd learn some tips. However, when I came across Alpha Dog I figured what could I lose. The staff were professional and understanding. Janine isn't salesman or pushy. She listen to learn about my particular needs made suggestions based on the packages they offer. We were able to set up our first date within the next week! When they say "Dog Whisperer" they aren't lying. Nick brought comfort to my dog and I while showing us proper techniques to help better train my dog and "reset" his behaviors. Each sessions was individualized to our needs and never felt rushed. After just the first session I began to see a difference in my dog. I am so thankful for all they taught me and I would highly recommend them to other dog owners looking for help!

Janine and Nick are an amazing duo. They are truly exceptional trainers. We were facing challenges with our five dogs who wouldn’t listen, went wild whenever the doorbell rang, and jumped on guests. After just one session, we noticed a remarkable change in their behavior. Now that our dogs have completed their obedience training, they feel like entirely new companions. This transformation was no easy task, especially since our dogs range in age from a playful puppy to a nine-year-old veteran. With Janine’s and Nick’s skills and methods, you really can teach an old dog new tricks!

Janine and Nick are amazing people. They were so patient with me and my puppy and clearly demonstrated all of the training methods, Ellie changed into a much more well behaved dog than before the training began and I am very grateful for their help, they are the best trainers.

We are so thankful we found Janine and Nick! They are both very devoted to training and were extremely loving to our dog Dakota and our family. Dakota is a 1 year old mini bernedoodle that is full of energy, but quickly learned with their guidance and training how to walk on a leash without pulling, walk off leash and stay by our side, come when called, and not jump on people that enter our home. We can’t thank them enough for helping with training, while keeping the love and fun within our dog.
