He kneed My dog in the chest when I hired him a few years ago. It was his first visit after the consultation. Told him I will not be using him. He told me no refunds and i was fine with that. I was just searching for a trainer for my new puppy and seen this and thought I’d give my past experience.
The whole process was smooth! We filled out a form online and got a phone call the same day. Marshall did a great job training our Goldendoodle. He was patient and very helpful at giving us pointers. We saw the change in our dog’s behaviors immediately. We can’t wait to implement the information and knowledge Marshall has given us. We are grateful and we definitely recommend him!
Marshall came over and spent several hours helping us understand our dogs and got us started with walking the dogs and getting more control. He's a great teacher and I highly recommend him

My wife and I have a healer that is mouthing/nipping at our daughters hands when she walks. we called Marshal to see if he could help he said 1 session he would have it fixed guaranteed. We setup the apt for a tuesday at 1pm i had to leave work as he wanted all of us there for the training. I was home at 1230 and we wanted until 130 before texting him then calling multiple times from different phones he did not answer anything. He texted my wife the night before to confirm our apt and we confirmed we would be here he said great see you then. so there was no confusion on whether we were still on for apt. I wasted a day sitting around waiting on this joker. from the other reviews it sounds like he is a good trainer but not very good at getting to places ontime. I would take my time and business elsewhere.
