Kossandra is the dog whisperer. She is amazing and helping train us human to understand and help our dogs become the best they can be. We loved her style of asking us lots of questions and customizing the training to what was important to us and what we felt we could manage. Our dog Cisco is a whole new pup now and we are much more in tune with him and how to help him become an amazing part of our family!

Kassondra is a great trainer with a wealth of knowledge and experience! We reached out to her to help with 4 year old black lab, Maggie, and she was so helpful and friendly throughout the 4 weeks of training. Maggie loved every time that she came over for training. She helped not only Maggie but us as well with showing us positive teaching methods to reinforce the training every day. We are so thankful for the lessons and tips as we have noticed the change in how much more relaxed and calm Maggie is on her walks and high stress situations. We are so glad we found Kassondra and Always Pawsitive Dog Training!

Working with Kassondra has been an excellent experience. Our 2 pups (rescues, PomXMini-Aussies) are (mostly;)) delightful handfuls and her methods are effective, gentle and thoughtful. Coming to our home for the training, seeing, and confronting the challenges directly was incredibly helpful. My wife and I got our first puppy in June. After a few weeks of attempting "training" on our own using personal experience, familial anecdotes, or contradictory information found online, we knew we needed to get professional help! We found Always Pawsitive on a list of recommended trainers provided by our Vet. We sent an inquiry that outlined our pup's problem areas and things we wanted to improve upon. Kassondra replied within 24 hours and we set a date for a consultation call. During the call, she collected more information and provided a few options for training programs that would best suit our dogs age, behavior, and personality. Once we began training, the program was designed specifically for our dog and was tailored to her skill level. Turns out she's a really smart pup, but we just needed to know the right skills ourselves! We noticed a difference in her behavior from the first session. After just one visit from Kassondra, we had zero reservations about the efficacy of the program or her training. She is truly a dog whisperer and makes it easy for both you and your dog to build obedience and trust. She also provided ample insight into the best toys and treats for our pup, saving us tons of time and trial and error. We did five private training lessons where our dog learned commands and hand signals, leash skills, stay, come when called, reactivity with other dogs, etc etc. Our dog is not only more well behaved but our bond is stronger as well! Always Pawsitive Dog training is well worth the (very affordable) investment. Kassondra is not just an expert, she is very personable and easy to get along with.
