Always Training K9s

I cannot say enough good things about Nikki and alwaystrainingk9. After doing in home training previously, I knew my dog would benefit more from a board and train situation. After finding Nikki’s training stories on Instagram, I felt like she was the right person to work with my dog to address his behaviors. After our initial phone consult, I felt completely comfortable leaving him with her, knowing that she would take good care of him and challenge him in a safe manner. Nikki has such a great understanding of dog body language and behaviors. I have learned so much about my dog’s mindset, and I feel much more confident with my handling skills. Her consistent training strategies and simple explanations have helped make It easier to carry over things once he got back home. Our follow up sessions at my home focused on specific issues that were only happening in his home territory. Nikki is great at communicating and is responsive to texts and any questions I have. Harper Grace was a cute little 8 pound rescue dog from wags and walks that turned into a 60 pound dog by seven months. At One point I tried to return her because I just wasn't sure I could handle all the excitability. Pillows were flying, food was disappearing from the counter Everyone was her best friend and she loved jumping to greet them. Mainly, I wanted a good walking dog, and Harper would only sit her butt down and not move. Thank goodness for Nikki!!! I can't even imagine my life without Harper now, but it's all due to Nikki's patience, knowledge, and ability to teach me how to handle Harper. She did not give up on us!! We put in the training and it's paid off. I would highly recommend training with Nikki!! Harper Grace is resting quietly in "Place" right now so I can write this instead of chasing a crazy pup around the house!!!! Thanks Nikki, you're the BEST!

Our dog Pebbles just completed a 2-week board and train, and we are beyond impressed with the results. She has come home calmer, less anxious, and so much more confident.
