We can’t say enough great things about Edward and the incredible work he did with our puppy, Whiskey. From the start, Edward was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating with our schedules, which made the whole process so much easier. He kept us updated throughout Whiskey’s training with photos and progress videos, so we always felt involved and reassured. Thanks to Edward’s patience and expertise, Whiskey is truly a different dog — calmer, better behaved, and more responsive. It’s been such a huge transformation. Edward is not only a fantastic trainer but also clearly someone who genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. We’re so grateful for the time, effort, and love he put into training Whiskey. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled dog trainer!

Ed at American Canine Coach is amazing. He took our 8 week old golden retriever puppy for a board and train prior to us bringing her home. He kept us updated every step of the way with her progress. He even helped us pull off a surprise for our kids by bringing her to our house with a big pink bow! While she was in his care he made sure she was safe and healthy, even taking her to an emergency vet appointment a day after he got her as she arrived from the breeder with a slight medical issue. When Ed was finished with her, she was able to follow simple commands, was crate trained and was a good leash walker. He taught the family how to continue to practice her commands and has been available for all of our questions with prompt replies. We would recommend American canine coach to anyone!

Rebecca is amazing! Our golden, Ruby (15 months), stayed with her for a Board & Train program, and we are thrilled with the results! Rebecca took the time to understand exactly what we were hoping to accomplish, sent us regular updates throughout the program/kept us posted on Ruby's progress, and had an in depth session with us when it was over. We really appreciated Rebecca's balanced approach to training and really felt she was setting Ruby up for success. Ed took his time to assess my descriptions of my dog's troublesome behavior. He was attentive and thoughtful with all questions. He provided an outline of what his training would entail. He is not just running a business. He showed he sincerely cares about pet safety and their family interactions. While the approach we had in mind differed from his recommendation, he was not pushy to make a quick sale. We have a velcro dog and I was not looking for boarding training. He went the extra mile to pass my # along to another trainer he trusts. I'm convinced he's not into pet training just for the business. I believe his website reviews. He's committed to building relationships and helping pet parents, and he was considerate and thoughtful to recommend someone else he trusts. He provided more than just customer good customer service. He demonstrated he truly cares about training outcomes. I wish him continued success.
