Her positive reinforcement techniques work wonders. I have known her for three years, and worked my dog along with others and she can read animals extremely well and help with the bond one has with their dog. She is an amazing person to learn from and work with. She has worked with my Dutch Shepard from 14 weeks old to now three and she has helped me form the best relationship with him I could ever imagine.
I would do it all over again! We sent our frenchie off to board and train and she came back perfect! So obedient and we even had a doggy play date the other day and I’d have to say that she was the best behaved of all. Thank you Crystal and Olivia! Worth every penny!

We have a 1 yr old and a 9 yr old, the puppy has problems with aggression and the old man developed bad habits. Crystal had both for a week and continued the follow up visits in our home. Both dogs showed massive improvement in all areas and now listen to commands. We know it wasn’t a quick fix but the work she did was almost like having new dogs, ones that listen and obey. Crystal made sure we have the tools to maintain the training they need. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending American K9s to anyone having issues with any age dog, or even when you first bring a new animal in the home. Thank you
