I had spent thousands for their services from 2004-2018. After my originally-trained through them dog (George) passed away I asked Harlan if I could still board my remaining dogs there. He asked what kind of dogs they were, when I mentioned one as a "pitty" he called me a liar and stated I had never been there before as other dog owners would freak out seeing a pitty in the yard. He hung up on me. I had forgotten that her paperwork called her a "boxer mix" at the time but still, Harlan was always gruff and unpleasant during drop off and pick up but he has gotten way worse over the years. Why would I lie about my dogs being there before, he's got tin foil tendencies at this point. To be treated like that after giving THOUSANDS of dollars to their business is beyond disappointing. I do NOT recommend.

I love this place! Julie is awesome. We had our Rottweiler puppy do the basic “manners” board and train in 2024 because at 5 months and 50lbs she was a bit of a bull in a china shop and almost knocked my mom down a few times. Harlan took his time to build my pup’s confidence and even keep her an extra week no charge to make sure they didn’t rush the process. Every time we went to train with her she was so sweet and happy, I could tell they treated her well. Fast forward a year later and she’s still doing great! We use their Daycare and Boarding often. My Gypsy girl gets So excited to go see her friends at ASDO!!
