We first would like to Thank Morgan for helping us set up everything and explaining in thorough detail of what to expect and made us feel comfortable about dropping our 3 month old pup, Shelby off. Our trainer Natalie went over everything again about the program and what we would like to have her train/work on with Shelby. Every day we received videos and pictures from Natalie. Giving us honest feed back how Shelby was doing. When we picked her up after the 2 week training, Shelby had gotten a fresh bath and Natalie went over everything with us and taught us what commands to use and how to continue with her training at home. All in all, I highly recommend American K9!!!! Natalie, thank you so much and we look forward to bringing Shelby back for some extensive training and daycare when we are away from home. Natalie you are the best!
