Thank you for your feedback. We truly care about every dog and client we work with, so I want to provide some context about Wilson’s training. When Wilson came to us in September 2024, he had limited obedience foundation. While he knew basic commands like “sit” and “down,” they were mostly performed with treats, without duration, and with no impulse control. Our focus was to build a strong relationship, establish consistency, address reactivity, and lay a solid foundation for lasting success. It’s important to clarify that the actual client is Amanda, your adult daughter. Training progress requires consistent engagement from the handler, and while we worked closely with Amanda, lasting results can only happen when the handler applies the training consistently at home. We spent weeks addressing Wilson’s behavior, but without consistent follow-through, progress can be limited. We have repeatedly offered follow-up support to Amanda, including free private lessons, to strengthen her handling and continue the work we started. Unfortunately, those offers have not been fully utilized, which has affected Wilson’s ongoing progress. our last message to Amanda was on May 25, 2025 which was read and never responded. She has not come in for any of her other follow up sessions, private lessons, and will not respond to us. We cannot help her if she will not contact us? We have tried! We have also offered for her to come to the farm to just hang out and train with us, she failed to take us up on that offer as well. As a small business, we are deeply committed to helping dogs and their families succeed. Training works best when the trainer and handler work closely together, and we are always happy to support dedicated clients who want to continue the work. Our goal is to empower both the dog and handler to achieve lasting results through consistency, patience, and collaboration. We remain committed to Wilson and Amanda and are ready to continue supporting them in building a strong, confident, and well-behaved relationship.
